Built, launched, and still running a year later.
Websites, web apps, mobile apps and AI products. Fixed price per phase, shipped weekly to a URL you can open any day, then hosted and maintained by the people who built it.
Most agencies hand over a zip file and disappear. The interesting part of software starts after launch, which is why we host what we build and keep changing it.

Six kinds of build. One team through all of them.
Scoping, design, engineering and release handled by the same people, so nothing is lost in a handover between three suppliers.
Marketing sites
The site that has to load fast, rank, and turn ad spend into enquiries. Built as code, not as a page builder you outgrow in a year.
- Multi-page sites with a real content model
- Landing pages per campaign or audience
- Programmatic pages generated from your data
- Analytics, pixels and conversion tracking wired in
Typically 3 to 4 weeks
Web applications
Software your customers or staff log into. Auth, roles, billing, dashboards and the unglamorous plumbing that decides whether it survives year two.
- Customer portals and client dashboards
- Booking, quoting and ordering systems
- Internal tools that replace a spreadsheet nobody trusts
- Multi-tenant SaaS with subscriptions
Typically 6 to 12 weeks to a usable v1
Mobile apps
iOS and Android from one codebase, shipped to both stores. We handle review, signing and the release process people underestimate.
- Customer apps with accounts and payments
- Field and operations apps that work offline
- Companion apps to an existing web product
- Store submission, review responses and updates
Typically 8 to 14 weeks
E-commerce
Storefronts built for conversion rate and page speed, integrated with the fulfilment and finance systems you already run.
- Shopify and headless commerce builds
- Subscription and bundle mechanics
- Checkout and PDP conversion work
- ERP, 3PL and accounting integrations
Typically 4 to 8 weeks
AI features and products
The AI part of your product, built to production standards: evaluation sets, cost control, guardrails and monitoring, not a demo endpoint.
- In-product assistants grounded in your data
- Search and recommendation over your catalogue
- Document and image processing pipelines
- Agents that take actions through your own API
Typically 4 to 10 weeks
Rescue and rebuild
Someone built it, it half works, and the original team is gone. We take ownership, stabilise it, and make it changeable again.
- Codebase and infrastructure audit
- Stabilising a site that keeps falling over
- Migrating off a platform you have outgrown
- Taking over from an agency that stopped replying
Typically 2 weeks to a written assessment
Scope. Design. Build. Launch. Run.
You see it every week. The only surprise anyone should get from a software project is that it arrived on time.
Scope
One working session on what it has to do, who uses it and what success looks like. You leave with a written scope, a fixed price and a date, whether or not you go ahead.
Design
Real screens with real content, not a mood board. You approve what it looks like before anyone writes the code that has to match it.
Build
Shipped in weekly increments to a staging URL you can open any day. No month of silence followed by a reveal.
Launch
Performance, accessibility and analytics checked before go-live. Domains, certificates, redirects and search console handled by us.
Run
We host it, patch it, monitor it and keep shipping changes. Your site stops being a project that ages and becomes something maintained.
Fixed where we can scope it. Monthly where we cannot.
Both come with the same rule: you know the number before work starts.

fixed · 3 to 4 weeks
Best when: A marketing site or landing pages that need to work hard
- Up to 8 pages, designed and built
- Content model you can edit without us
- Analytics, pixels and conversion tracking
- Performance and accessibility pass before launch
- 30 days of changes after go-live
Product
from $18,000
fixed, per phase · 6 to 12 weeks
Best when: A web or mobile app with users, accounts and data
- Discovery, design and a working v1
- Auth, roles, payments and admin
- Integrations with the systems you run
- Test suite and deployment pipeline
- Handover documentation, or we keep running it
Embedded
from $6,000
flexible, per month · Rolling, 30 days notice
Best when: Continuous work when the roadmap is longer than one project
- A named engineer and designer on your team
- Weekly shipping against your priorities
- Scope changes without a change order
- Direct access in your Slack
- Pause or stop with 30 days notice
We host it, patch it and keep changing it.
A site nobody maintains is a security incident with a countdown. Hosting includes the boring work that keeps one from happening.

What we build with.
Chosen per project, not per fashion. If your team already runs something else and can maintain it, we will build in that instead.
Asked before every build.
Fixed, for anything we can scope. You get the number and the date before we start, and a change of scope gets its own written price rather than appearing on an invoice. The embedded option is monthly instead, for work that is genuinely open-ended.
No. Everything we build can be handed over to run wherever you like, with documentation. Most clients stay because patching, monitoring and small changes are the part nobody wants to own, not because they are locked in.
You do, on day one. It lives in your repository and your cloud accounts, and it stays yours whether or not we keep working together. No per-seat licence, no platform you can only leave by rebuilding.
For a brochure site with no integrations, it often is not, and we will tell you that. The difference shows when you need real data, logins, payments, an integration with the system you run, or performance that survives a traffic spike.
Yes, and it is a common start. Two weeks produces a written assessment of the codebase, the infrastructure and the risk, with a plan to stabilise it. You keep the assessment either way.
Then you are talking to the right people. Most of what we build ends up connected to the automation side: the app collects the work, the automation does it. We scope both together so they are not two projects that meet awkwardly later.
Tell us what you want built.
Rough is fine. You get a written reply within one business day covering what we would build, how long it takes and what it costs.
