NILA
Bathroom renovation · interactive service site
An original renovation site that puts wet-work discipline beside beautiful finished rooms, with a stage-by-stage 3D bathroom and a live planning estimator.

What it had to do.
Bathroom renovation is sold with glossy after-images, while the work that decides whether the room lasts stays hidden. The brief was to make process clarity as persuasive as the final photograph.
The decisions behind it.
- A distinct NILA identity built from chalk, moss, terracotta and sharp editorial type
- Original content structured around inspection, waterproofing, planning and handover rather than copied service claims
- Three generated project stories with different room sizes and material personalities
- A transparent calculator that labels itself as a planning range instead of a quote
Signature interaction
A 3D bathroom that moves from shell to waterproofing to finish
The hero model switches between bare shell, wet works and finished room. Visitors can then change the completed bathroom between sage, terracotta and stone palettes, while the cost planner updates a local estimate from size, finish and additions.
On a phone
Usable before anything loads.
The model becomes its own full-width stage on phones, controls use large tap targets, and all technical guidance remains readable without interacting with the canvas.
